Need Help! Rattle coming from driverside

I have a rattle coming from I think around the steering colum. It could also be from the firewall or worse yet, under the truck. Im running out of my monthly alotment of Prozac and its driving me crazy. Its not as bad on a smoth road, but Im on a semi rough country road for 12 miles every time I leave home. . Ihis is something that I can't live with! I know it must be something fairly simple, but I CAN"T locate it. I hate like heck to let the 5 star boys dig into it because they will distroy everything else in their way to locate the problem and then most likely not even find it. Anyone else have this problem... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
