2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission need help setting price on used CTD

A firend of mine is selling his 2001 CTD to buy a 2004. 5. He is not a TDR member (yet) so I told him I would try to find what he should be asking for his truck. It is a 2001 short bed quad cab 4x4 auto transmission cloth seats,36,000 miles and very clean. What would be a reasonable selling price? Thanks in advance.

For that pickup, it mostly depends on the brakes... if it's 4-wheel disc, aka a 2001. 5, then the price goes up even more.



I'd say $24,000 w/ 4-wheel discs, $22-23k w/o. May be high though, and I may be low.

Just bought a truck like that (see Sig) with 4 wheel disk and 118,000miles for 18,000. Yours is a short bed but way less miles I would ask 24,000-25,000
