Ok, I am probably going to order some injectors here real soon and need some help understanding them all. When there are power ratings on the injectors (i. e. 275/600) are those power settings the results you will see after installing just injectors? 275 hp and 600+ torque would be more than effecient for me but dont want to be disappointed if this is not the case. For someone who doesnt want much transmission troubles and needs reliability to the max what injector would you take? Truck is daily driver and sees 900 miles per week unloaded interstate. Dont pull alot right now but have always like bombing my rigs for fun.

275's are an excellent choice for what you are after, they are an RV injector and you will be around 275 hp with no other bombs.

cheers, Kevin

275's will not get you 275 HP and 660 FtxLbf at the wheels. To get the 275/660 ISB you require the injectors and an ECM Reflash, but this is not available for the Dodge application of the ISB5. 9.

275's will give you about 35 HP on an ETC, and 42 HP on an ETH. To use them to their full potential (as with any injector) will require a Boost Module. To Keep EGT safe you will need a boost elbow to raise the turbocharger wastgate setpoint.

The next step up is a stage I injector which is good for 50HP on an ETC, and 65 on an ETH

Stage II injectors are good for 75 in an ETC, and 90 on an ETH

Stage III injectors are good for 100 on an ETC and 115 on an ETH

The stated performance gains are the estimated rear wheel horsepower gains that are listed on the Diesel Dynamics Website.

injectors

been running III's with a boost module, and a turnbuckle for 6 months now. EGT's are better than before, with the stock HY. all smiles here (except the transmission--even it is holding in there!!)
