Installed new injectors and now the lines leak @ the nut threading into the cyl. head :( I have found this to be true on many of the ISB units in the fleet.

I have installed new O rings on the tube and tried different torque on the nut. I cleaned, cleaned, cleaned as always and this engine is no different. The Bluebird dealer said I'm making the nut too tight so I tried to make them just "snug" and no deal. Then I was told to pull the tube out of the head and turn it 1/2 turn. Still no deal

Sometimes they leak at slow idle speed. Sometimes at WOT and sometimes leak AFTER the engine is SHUT DOWN!!!!

I tried to reposition the line clamps and no deal there. :(

Anyone? ... ... ... ... ... . It ain't me because it happens to most all the engines when a line is removed and reinstalled.

Yes.

Most often I have to pull a line or two and never touch the injectors. This time around I tightened the injectors (to 75 inch lb) and then cleaned the tubes, installed new O rings and lubricated everything I was to lubricate.

It just now puked out diesel from five nuts AFTER it was shut down but was only leaking a small amount from one nut while running. :(

They leak the worst at slow idle speed.
