Need help with a check engine light .

Hi to everybody, I need help, I installed Quadzilla XZT module with Commamnder in my truck and when I started engine first time I get the check engine light and engine run very poorly. I find out that problem was bad connection on fuel pressure sensor, my fault I don't pushed OEM connector all the way to the Quadzilla harness. I fix it and engine run great,

but I can't get ride off the check engine light. When I scanned, on my scanner I get error message and if I try to erased anyway I get same error message on scanner screen. My scanner is a OBD II.

Any idea how to get check engine light ? Truck is a 2007 5. 9 L CTD.

My scanner is probably 6 years old, not sure if any changes was done in new scanners. Please any idea will help, I don't like to go back to dealer doing that. I will need to take all out.

Dodge has gone to a new system and the OBD II will not reset all codes. With the '07 you may need to bring it to a dealer or check with some of the local shops in your area to see if they have the latest scan tool.
