Need help with a Ford 1920 tractor

I have a !6 year old, Ford 1920 tractor with a 4 cyl diesel. Within the past couple weeks, there has been fluid (not sure if oil or fuel) leaking from where one of the injectors is installed. There is also smoke visible upon startup from that cylinder and air/exhaust can also be heard and felt escaping. Sounds like it may be more than just a faulty injector. The tractor hasn't lost any power which it should have with a loss of compression. Correct? Any help and advice greatly appreciated.
