need help with shudder

not shutters/ those are easy. I am running a Torguedog box. on top setting after take off even if I ease off the throttle to just cruising the truck shudders. I wonder about the fueling ( am waiting on a gauge) however as an ex Jet-Mech it seems to almost a turbo issue. Jet engine stumble if you dont bleed off extra air durring excel and decel. just wondering has anyone had this issue?? not thinking turbo because it doesnt do it under stock or 50HP setting even at WOT. any help would be appraciated.
