Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Need Help With Upper Engine Gasket Kit

I'm putting a head gasket on my 95 truck, and am trying to figure out what is in the cummins upper engine kit. I've used these kind of kits on gas motors and have wasted many things in the kit. I'm having a valve job done at the shop, so I won't need that stuff if its in the kit. I'm trying to decide if I should just buy the individual stuff I need.
