Need Help,Auto transmission surge 1st gear

Need Help. I have a 1999 dodge 3500 diesel. It has 71,000 miles on it. I recently had a problem with transmission. In first gear there is a surge until it slips into second gear then is fine. I carried it my dodge dealer and they replaced the governor pressure sensor and the transdeucer. It appeared to do well for about a month and now i feel the surge again. It is not as great as before but is still there. Has anyone experienced this and know what may be the cause. Truck is serviced on a regular basis and basically i use it to pull a RV
