I took my truck in to the shop to patch a tire. They said that I need a new caliper because it was sticking. Is there any way to fix it or do I need to replace it?

Brake calipers alwasy drag a little bit but you should be able to turn the wheel by hand pretty easly. Tire shops love to do brake work when you come in for tire work. I would not replace it unless the rotor gets too hot to touch after driving on the freeway. It is not a bad idea to blead fresh brake fluid through the system every couple of years to get rid of any rust causing moisture.
