Check your oil dipstick, not sure if you'll see separated fluids or not, the ones I've seen, the oil and coolant blend together. I had an 8N tractor that had a cracked block that would allow the two to seap together. In the end, I could add oil to the radiator and coolant to the block and it all ended up together anyway. It's all been restored and sold now. My brother has an 8. 1 liter v8 gasser in his chevy and it did the same thing. He was losing coolant and couldn't figure out where. He eventually found it in his oil pan. He got a new motor from GM and they deemed it as a porous block.
