2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Need idiot light help

A friend of mine has a 97 2wd truck, and on both sides of the steering column as part of the instrument cluster, there are 3 warning lights. the right side is ok, on the left side, the small black plastic cover that the lights shine through to "display" information is missing. We can't find a replacment cluster anywhere, and idealy would like to just obtain the plastic cover. Two questions, anyone have a scrap dash lying around, and second, can someone tell me what the 3 lights are for?

I saw idiot so I thought I would say hello. . do a ebay search for this I dont know if LMC Truck Parts: Chevy Chevrolet Blazer S10 GMC Jimmy S15 Ford Bronco Ranger Pickup Pick Up Accessories/Catalogs has this dash piece. if you have any u-pull it parts yards in your area may want to look there. I have also found parts and pieces on craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums possible do a google search if you can get ahold of dodge/mopar parts # this may get you a better break down of what you need to look for. my chilton doesnt really have a good diagram. but I'm thinking the parts dept of a dealership should be able to print this out for you. my truck is a 02 so I cannot take a pic for you hopefully more members can help you.

From left to right is 4WD, ABS and Low Wash (washer fluid). The cover is glued on (and very thin plastic), so trying to remove one would more than likely ruin the cover and the panel. I think your best bet is a junk yard and replace the whole assy. All the gauges are fairly easy to remove if you need to swap them.
