I just purchased a 2001 24valve HO 6speed,,,,, going to let the 12valve go,,,,, Looking for advice on where to start on the 24,, i've read alot of good things about the EDGE fueling boxes,,,, going to do box, injectors, exhaust, gauges, and anything else ya'll talk me in to,,,,, looking for advice

If you don't have guages yet, do them first. Then you can establish a baseline to measure future upgrades/changes against. Also may keep you from getting the first hand experience I have of replacing my engine. Guages. . . don't leave home without them, if you intend to do anything to the engine.

decide on which box your going to go with. A small timing fuel box that gives about 60hp or a major one that taps the pump wire(gives about 100hp on an HO)if your going with a small box ,run a set of stage 2 swith the stock turbo you should be fine EGTS wise unless your towing real heavy. A major fueling box with injectors, your going to need a bigger turbo at that point. also a hi flow intake system is a good idea.

I would start with an exhaust before you get a box. Lower EGT=Longer engine life. Guages should be first always.
