I have a 99 2500 4x4 With 51K miles on it. The Lift Pump will go down to 0 lbs going up a hill. It hovers at 5 to 6 lbs at 60mph on the level. Pulling a 1000 lb boat and trailer. I put it in passing gear once and the gage went to zero. . Will the Dodge Dealer replace this Pump on a warrenty Claim?

Yes they should replace it under warranty. Mine was replaced with more miles than that for free.

According to my dealer, it's covered under the 100k engine warranty.

Mine covered it at 87k mi

The engine warranty is good to 100k mi. My dealer even covered the tow from my barn. I was changing my fuel filter when I found out the pump was bad.

Fuel Filter Stopped Up...

Fuel Filter was stopped up and Black. We checked on both sides of the Filter after replacement using Brian's Gage and we had 13 lbs on both sides. TWO it went down to 8lbs at 60 mph it runs 11 lbs. . thanks for your input guy's. Bill
