I have a stock 94 5spd dullie. Plan on gauges, ScottyII. Basically I tow anything from 4k up to 10k but mostly 5-6k landscape trailer.

Wants: To run down the highway at 70-75 w/ A/C on. Give me all the input you guys can from exhaust 4" or 5" to turbo recommendations. New to TDR but from what I have seen you guys are on top. Thanks in advance for the advice.

I'm guessing from your "wants" that towing heavy you can't do 70-75 with the A/C on right now.

To do so I would recommend, considering you don't want to get wild, the Scotty II will be fine, 4" exhaust (5" will not do much better for your application) slide your plate forward a bit and/or grind it down some and advance your timing.

Depending on what all you do a new clutch may be in order also.

I'm sure someone will chime in with a better answer, so, for them...

How much (% wise) towing do you do highway/city, etc. .

Fill out your sig for us, that'll make helping you a lot easier.

Oh yeah, welcome to TDR.

#10 plate moved 45k toward the cab to save stock clutch or automatic,Scotty II, free flowing muffler. This will do a good job running down the road with a load.

If you have a 5 speed you might consider a set of 3k governor springs so that the motor will rev a higher with full fuel.

Oh yes. . have the timing set to 15. 5 -16... .

I can only maintain 60-65 with A/C on. Truck is bone stock with no problems other than the highway speed. Thanks guys for all the input so far. So no turbo upgrades? Thought that would have been one of the first things.
