Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
My EGT gauge was acting funky today so I decided to try and trouble shoot it.
Well nothing looks bad and when I wiggled all the wiring it still worked so I'm assuming it the thermocoupler. But I did notice a diode in the wiring and one end was open, I don't remember why this was in there or where it should be hooked up to.
