2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Need Jack handle and extension for 2500.

I found sets for 94-98 and 2002 and up, but nothing in between. Thoughts?

What do you mean by "extension"? The piece that lowers the spare tire? I use a ratchet extension and socket. I also keep a bottle jack in my truck, the jacks that came with the trucks from the factory are garbage.
