Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Need local ( in VA) shop for timing adjustment

Looking for a local pump shop to do a timing adjustment on my truck and I'm not having any luck. All of the ones I've talked to wont go beyond stock settings and I dont have the tools to do it myself. I live near Warrenton Virginia. I have a set of DDP II's setting in the garage and wanted to bump the timing before I put them in.
