Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Need More Power

Well First ill start off with what i have done to my truck and then i'd like to know what else i can do to get more power out of it. Engine is newly rebuilt, fire ringed, head is ported. 3 peice manifold, HT Turbo 64/13 Stainless , boost elbow, homemade intake and big filter. Dynomite 120hp injectors, 4000 gov springs, 0-100 Plate (Canadian, aint sure if anyone knows what this plate looks like cuz i never see one anywhere else, but its cut pretty deep). In the fall i dynod 460 HP and 940 Tq. Im thinkin boutgettin bigger delivery valves soon as i can afford them, and the timing is turned a little but im not sure how much i need to check that. It black smokes really gettin in it but clear up once the turbo spools up. What else can i do to get a few more cheap or free horsepower?

Remove the plate, Remove aneroid control arm. Get full cut delivery valves. Make sure you got enough timing. Then your throttle will be very touchy but fun to run... and lots more power.
