If all else fails try Federal Motorcycle Transport. It is a division of Allied Van Lines. I used to use them to ship bikes all over the country. The cost was very reasionable. They come out, inspect the bike for damage, strap it to a pallet, load it and leave- no effort on your part. Phone # 800. 747. 4100 ext 217. Web site www.funtransport.com
The most economical method to transport bikes is with Forward Air. the Allied thing is good and all I had one shipped form DC area to Dallas but it was close to twice what Forward Air is charging but it is not quite as easy to deal with as the Allied method.
It lookes as if I may have to head to Oklahoma City within the next week and I live in central nebraska. Maybe if someone could get it this far. I"m only about 3 hours from Cheyenne so let me know if this would help. Seth
