Need new (rebuilt) engine Los Angeles County

My 2004.5 3500 Dually has 265,000 miles on it, and I'm getting blowby.
I live in the northern most part of Los Angeles County, in Lancaster, on the Kern County border.
I am looking for a reputable engine builder in the surrounding area.
Do not want to build a sled puller or drag racer. I want it to be reliable, and last at least as long as my original one has.
Need either this one rebuilt, or exchange for an already rebuilt engine, and new injectors.
Anyone in this vicinity have suggestions?

Tried there today.
They no longer build motors. They only install other's, and at a premium price.
Looking at an out of state solution now.

How about going to a Cummins shop and look at a cummins reman?
