need rack

I'm looking for a rack that i can use on my truck to carry a 16ft canoe. the trick is that i have a literider low-profile cover (sits on the inside of the bed rails) and i wanted to know if anyone makes a rack that will fit on my truck and still be able to keep my cover? I need one that i can drill into my bed rails and not just bolt on. I found one from a past post called extreme racks, but when i called no one answered the phone and my email never went through. looking for suggestions thanks for your time guys.

i ended up going with a thule rack, with the a goal post out of the hitch reciever. this works great if you want to keep your bed cover on.
