Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Need Rasp help. Upper pulley on unit won't slide off the shaft --

Of the harmonic balancer. Yes I have the two set screws out and I put a little pry on it but it's plastic. It needs changed out as it it badly worn. I need some TDR karma

Terry while I cant help your problem of getting it off if you need parts for your rasp let me know. I believe I have if not all, most everything for it I am pretty sure I have the pulley and it was working when I took it off. I took mine off a few years ago(after 125k+ miles of use) when I put a cam in the truck and converted to a 12 valve mechanical pump. It has just been sitting in a box in the garage collecting dust so if someone can use part or all of it I am willing to help as I suspect parts will be hard to get at this point.

Thanks for the parts offer but I have a new base and two pumps and spare cog wheels. I had the front seal blow out during a real cold snap here a few years back and when dodge took the rasp off and the harmonic balancer they did a number on my upper cog wheel. It's been okay for a long time but I really need to replace itas it would be bad juju on a long trip if it failed. When I got it back from dodge they had the cog belt so tight you could have played a tune on it. My 1999 lives on and I sure appreciate knowing there are spare parts still around . Thanks
