I need to have the lifter pump replaced in a 99 24V. Can someone reccomend a shop in STL for that? Any thoughts on cost?

It would also be great if that shop could install a couple of gauges, or I'd appreaciate a reccomendation on a second place for that.

Thanks.

Keith Livingstone at Forest City Diesel. He is in St. James Missouri. His name is Rammin On here on the TDR. Class act. Give him a call 573 265 5595.

Thank you for the suggestions. I really need someone based very close to dowtown (the arch). I'm working and (temporarily I hope) living right in dowtown right now, and I don't have the time or space to do this stuff myself, or else I would. I will keep Forest City in mind for any turbo upgrades, etc. that I'm looking into though. I'm just on a short timetable right now.

How do I get in touch with this TomeyGun?

Sorry i had the wrong #. This should be the right one for him. Tomeygun Diesel Performance & Dodge Truck Sales - St. Louis, MO

(314)486-6378d get you to Tommy.

If you cant find someone i can do it for you. I have a shop in East Alton and live in Bunker Hill. (30mins from downtown). I dont do this for a living and wouldnt want to take food from someone's mouth who does, so please try Forrest City or ?? first.

Me; I've had 4 dodges and 1 ford and know my way around them quite well. I do all my own work and have an awesome set of tools LOL. I'd even be willing to show you how and loan you the space and tools if you buy the beer when we're finished.

Thank you very much for the offer. I may take you up on it at some point in the future, but I'm on a very short timetable as in before the weekend.

I talked to Tom at Lou Fusz earlier today, and he reccomended that I call Keith at MCS Diesel in Eureka, MO. I talked to him, and he was very helpful and prices seem very fair. I'll report back with the end results.

Thanks for all the help.

Todd definetely has a sweet set of tools. :-laf He also used to have a pretty sweet 12 valve. You might give Chris Ratliff a call. I don't think he is a member on here. He owns DieselWerks. I don't have his phone number off hand but you can look it up in the phone book. He is a little closer to downtown.

I have called them already. They were the first contact as they were the only ones with a website, but the message on the phone says that they've been out of the office due to a death in the family.

If you cant get someone in the next day or so i can do it for you one night this week. i assume you are really just needing the lift pump replaced in a hurry? it takes about an hour.

I'll make it easy on ya, you can reach me at 1-800-322-2559 x4939

Keith Summers at MCS Diesel in Eureka, MO is who I saw.

I'm very satisfied with his work quality and taking time to talk to me. He had some supplier issues that he couldn't really do much about, but the work was done pretty quickly. I'll see him for my future needs.
