need smarty help

I want to download the tnt software . Tried watching the instructional video but still couldn't get it. Anybody in okc area that can help? It anybody willing to walk me thru it over the phone. I'm not real good with computers. Thanks. Jay.

The problem is not your computer skills (or lack of them). It is the Smarty update/download procedure, which is poorly explained, very unclear and should be an embarrassment to the people selling the product. Smarty has been on the market several years and is an excellent product, but no one from MADS has taken the time to do a decent write up on how to do a download or an update. I started a similar thread a couple of weeks ago, got some assistance from a couple of responders and several responses that agreed the procedure needs a rework. Good luck.

is a conferencing site that will let you share your screen with someone in a meeting with conference call capabilities. You can give another meeting member control of your screen and they can operate it while you watch. It's all done over a web browser session so there is no firewall issue. It is also free. If you want to pursue this, and can get a meeting setup, I'm sure myself or a lot of other folks here could help.

Ok, i tried and i thought i had everything going good and then i went to download the software to the smarty and it said it "couldn't connect to smarty"

it's safe. you control the access and can disconnect it at any time.
