Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Need Some Help Finding Parts

I'm looking for the two long bolts that attach the intake horn/grid heater to the intake manifold. The truck is an 01 3500. Somebody cut a hole in the fenced yard at work and stole the vacuum pump off the truck. They took the intake horn off and apparently kept the bolts. I was able to find the two shorter bolts in town, but struck out on the long ones. The local Dodge dealer couldn't even get them for me. Anybody have a source?

Cummins part #3943682, the short ones are 3919864. That's what my book has it listed under, should be the same for the 01. If you need the gasket ( 2 ) the number is 3931604
