BAD Cop........Good Cop??

My computer has taken a fond hatred of saving .jpg picture formats.

I've saved a BMP picture, and uploaded it, but because nothing on my computer would alter . bmp picture formats,, the picture came out to be a HUGE 8 mb in size.

I need to make this pic smaller.

Anybody out there can lend a hand ?

TIA,

MerrickNJr

BTW,

That pic is of my BOMBed truck in a Parking lot.

PL_F,, Parking Lot Fun.

I think it is 8. 7mb

You might need a cable modem, or alot of Patience.

Anybody who wants can look at the pic,, it is just HUGE.

Probably 99. 9% of TDR members are not going to wait to download a 8. 7MB file, even if you have a great BOMBed truck. You need to get a good graphics program, like Paint Shop Pro, that can handle resizing, croping, and conversion to or from most graphic extentions, such as BMP to JPG... . ;)

Oops...

I thought I had a place to post the smaller pics. Freeservers apparently doesn't like me linking from somewhere else.

Merrick, drop me an e-mail and I can send you the pics.

DRR-24V Great lead on the picture freeware. I'd been messing all afternoon trying to post a picture of a bumper for bigugly in the Accessories site. Used the program you posted and had it done in 10 minutes. Thanks for the tip! :) :) :)
