Need Speedometer Pinion Package

I have a Dodge W250 5. 9 L Diesel 4x4 with the Getrag 5 speed. My speedometer quit working and I'm told by my mechanic that I need the "little gearbox that the speed sensor mounts to. " When I called the Dodge Dealer, he advised that I described part number 4883434AA-Speedometer Pinion Package, now discontinued.



Can anybody help me procure one. If needed, the truck has 3:54 rears.
