need suggestions

i ordered my truck 12/23 and i cant stop thinking about it. all i can think about is installing a bypass filter,ez,guages,removing the silencer ring,jamming gears all six of them,2" leveling kit,tinting the windows,installing a 7. 5 inch dvd tv,waxing it up,oh yea and turning heads these scenes are playing over and over in my head. i need help. if you cut my head open right now a silver dodge would come smoking out. :-laf help,how do i stop thinking about this truck. i feel like when i was a kid anticipating christmas but this is going to last 8 weeks. :{



i know this post is cheesy but i thought others could and or will relate.

To show you how Whitmore is that spell checker just highlighted his name again. I just don't think that fellow knows how to spell his own name. I gas working in that gas plant and having his head between those stacks on his truck has him

I would offer some suggestions but they would be censored anyway, so you will just have to come up with something on your own. There are definitely some ways to get that truck off your mind for a little while.

I know what your going through, I ordered my 03 2500 2 wheel drive on Nov. 21, and am told that I can take delivery on Jan 15, so I am counting down the days too.

Congrats on your new truck, Im sure you will love it. I am replacing my 1993 d-250 ext. cab truck with the 03.

I have been thinking about what I would do. I don't think I would bother with extra filtration, just change the oil more often to get the soot out (which the filter won't do anyway). Hmmm, that means I must find a way to get that soot



How about 50 more hp with DD injectors. Yeah, then I can use the stock turbo. Naaah, how about 100 more with bigger DD injectors, and one of their bigger turbos, and might as well put on an ATS manifold, and a bigger air box. Sure, now the DD camshaft would be nice to control egt and smoke, and it would be fun to see what the 03 engine looks like inside--my trip through the assembly plant in August doesn't count



OK all this is good, but maybe just a little box would help keep it from being doggy, and. . .



Yep, I tried small DD injectors on my 97 for the elk hunt, but 550 hp was 'way too doggy. Guess if I got an '03 I'd have to do a bit more than just one thing.



Yeah, gauges are needed, and that DD 5" exhaust looks good too, and. . .
