Need Tailgate

Would any one happen to have a tailgate that they have taken off and be willing to sell? Prefer red but doesn't have to be.

Yep, only I didn't do it. You might want to keep an eye on E-Bay also, their was a couple of silver ones yesterday, no reds though, or white.

I wish I could place the blame elsewhere. I simply wasn't paying attention and backed into the nose of the trailer (with the fuel tank and tool box, I can't even see the tailgate when it's up--so it's all guesswork to hook the trailer!



Although, I usually check the height before I back up. It really pays to drive 5-600 miles, and then blindly hook to your gooseneck in the rain--that's a sickening sound when you jam up under that thing

Be careful when purchasing a tailgate



I bought one from a member out of state and it arrived damaged. All of the corners were bent. It was useless. Sent it back to UPS for claim. Although it was insured, I guess seller did not pack it well and UPS never honored the claim. Needless to say I was ****** as I'm $200 lighter and still have no tailgate.

I got my tailgate today, it looks great. Now I suppose I got to put it on, week end project.
