2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission need tips on removing headliner

I'd like to drop my headliner and redo the wiring to my cab lights. Who ever had the truck before me installed an aftermarket set and put it together with scotchlocks. Anyways, does anyone have any tips on removing the headliner? I don't wanna risk damaging it.

thanks a lot. thats pretty much what I was looking for. I wasn't sure if there were any kind of clips hidden anywhere that I had to watch out for.
