Need to clean Frame and paint it. Ideas?

actually that is a pretty clean frame, you have minor surface rust, i was thinking more along the lines of frame chipping and so forth... Por 15 would work great on that, since with it you don't have to worry about sanding anything down just wire brush the loose stuff off, there is a phosphorus cleaner you use in conjunction with the por 15 itself, let it dry and put on your Por 15... But the directions will tell you all of this.
