Archived Need to find shop in south GA to replace head Gasket

:{I am in Cairo GA and am looking for reputable garage to replace head gasket.



I am 30 or so miles north of Tallahassee FLA.

If Garmons is just south of Atlanta it would be a heck of a towing bill. He is just over the State line of the panhandle of Florida.

But I do agree if he was a whole lot closer, Garmons woud be the place to go.

Garmon's 404-557-4972, Garmons Diesel Performance Home it is along way from where you are and I doubt you can make it with a blown gasket.

Did you look at the Travel Companions list? A member mite be able to recommend a shop close to you. You mite be able to find someone (member) to haul to a shop.



Thomasville is close by so their has to be diesel shop near you ( Thomasville has a Wholesale farmer/produce market by it that means diesel trucks (pickup trucks and larger and there growing/harvesting season just started. Actually Quincy, FL and above including south GA are harvesting) .



Looking at a map of GA if Garmons is in Griffin they are almost directly south of Alanta highways 3,19,41 but it is west of 75 on highway 16 about 11 miles fom 75.

You could also look for a shop that works on tractors.
