Are there any mechanical differences between a 2003/04 305 HO and a 2003/04 235? Or is it just programming? I may have a line on a motor that I could swap my ECM into.

Im not sure but I thought the HO have different valve seats and diff piston oil squirters. .

This won't be very helpful, but I know there were physical differences in the engines. I just don't remember them. :{
