I have found a great deal on a truck and don't know alot about the 3rd Gen. What are some things i need to inspect before possible buy?

Its an '04 QC DRW Auto 4X4 89,000 on the ticker. I did check the codes and it had the 0234 turbo over boost code.

Any help appreciated.
