Need to program remote and don't have an already programmed remote

My 03 came with one key, no remote and no jack. I bought a remote off e-bay, but my owner's manual only has instructions for programming utilizing an already programmed remote. I need instructions for programming it without already having a properly programmed remote. Any body got such?

Me too, I think the dealer's are the only one I know.
