On the 40/20/40 split bench, the driver's seat is slopping towards the door pretty bad. Are there any replacement cushions avalible? I local shop quoted about $90 to rebuild it. What have you guys done?

How far back do you have TDR issues?? There was a issue that had all this info in it, couple years ago. But I don't know which. I did mine cause it was not as high as I thought it should be.

Havent done it but Ive heard of guys swapping passneger and driver seat cushons. sounds like it could work.

I Had the same thing and I got a chunk of foam and cut it to the size that i need to put on top of the old foam seat and it worked good.

there are some sliding clips on the bottom back side of the seat. If your back is killing you can take the clips out and pull the seat fabric up and put a chunk of foam in there for a some support. I did that to mine and it works good to.

Hello

I purchased a Airhawk system for my 1996 2500 and it is is working great after two years and twenty thousand miles. It consist of an inflatable cushion with a cover. Comes w/ a hand pump to adjust the ride.

Good luck

I put a $20 Walmart taxi driver vibra pad, which is ok, but I would still like to have a comfy seat. I weigh about 200lbs, so it's not like I'm caving in the darn thing, but it feels like I'm sitting right on the bars.

I bought two "used" seat bottoms from a junk yard for my Dad. We have yet to install them but they look fairly good. You can buy "new" set bottoms from Dodge for $600 or so.

For $600 or so ... sheeesh ... I would want a whole darn new power seat for that money

I had a guy in Olympia, WA fix mine for $75. 00. That included a trip to the store to get the foam, and replacing a torn piece of fabric. All in all, it took him about an hour. I think $600. 00 is way out of line.
