I found the source of my coolant leak. It was the atf heat exchanger below the exhaust manifold. The rear coolant fitting has a pinhole leak in it. I am going to replace it as soon as I can get a new one.
Does anyone know if this is a Cummins part? I could not find it in my Cummins manual, but the Dodge manual has it. I want to price shop, but I suspect that Dodge is the sole provider, since the cooler is for an automatic transmission.

I can't help you with a pt # but don't you think you can fix it. I think it's a steel shell - clean it up and soft solder it. Craig

My local dodge dealer wants $369 for a new one, but he says he's never heard of one failing before. I am going to try to reapir it and will let you all know if I am successful.
