Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Need to Replace Exhaust Manifold

My truck's exhaust manifold has shrunk just about as far as it can before it starts to bend the bolts. I see that I now have a choice of the OEM, an ATS and now a BD Pulse. Any recommendations on the BD or the ATS? Each of them seems to be the preferred three-piece type, and about the same price.
