Hey guys - can anyone tell me what the torque spec is for the main mounting bolts for the front brake calipers on a 2001 4x4? I also need the torque spec for the caliper slider bolts/pins. I'm doing a front brake job first thing in the morning. Thanks in advance!

Steve,

24FtLbs for the front caliper mounts. Slide

pins are not used on my 2001. 5 front calipers.

The HD mounting adapter (thing your calipers

mount to) get 210FtLbs.

How many miles on your truck? 4-wheel disk?

Thanks!

Thanks Mick! I have a 2001 w/o rear disk brakes. I have about 31,000 miles on the truck, but i had a transmission cooler line blow apart a couple of days ago (what a MESS!), which sprayed transmission fluid all over the driver side front brakes - hence the need for an emergency brake job. Thanks again for the specs!
