I just installed mach 3 injectors and have a comp box and egts are hot

(still stock turbo). So i guess its now time for a turbo my truck is a 5 speed and i want to pick the best single turbo with the least amout of lag. I want to end up with around 500 to 550 rwhp when all is done. Any one running the diesel dynamics jammer turbo? What are your impressions of it?Also who has the best deal on a complete 4in exhaust? Thanks Jason

500-550 rwhp. Are you going to do any towing? If not I would suggest an HTT 64/14 or 66/14. I know a guy with an 01 24V that in the winter pulls his big injectors out, put the stockers in and daily drove a 66/14 with his comp on 2x3 and he has a tight convertor on an automatic. They spool very well. PM me for pricing.

Go with a phat shaft turbo :D It will work great with your setup and future hp goals. Industrial injection is a great company and they will steer you right on size etc. I'm going with mach 4's and tow about 6k daily. I was told that my turbo will keep things plenty cool. Been very impressed with it so far :)

As far as the best deal on exhaust Rip probably has the best prices ( sourceautomotive. biz ).

The 99 in my sig runs a HTB2 62/12, it works good with similar mods as your truck. There are a lot of good turbos out there. Search this site, call turbo dealers, and find something you can feel comfortable with. Sometimes it isn't just the turbo it is the people who stand behind it.

If you are looking at Jammers a someone is selling them on ebay for a similar price as the previously mentioned turbos.

I would recommend the SPS62 for your application. This is an awsome turbo, great spoolup and top end!

I would also go with the Phaft Shaft 62, the responses posted above a true. I would give Brady a call at Industrial Injection, or I can help you out also. I would not waste money on the BB turbo... ... ... ... ... just my opinion, there are a lot of better turbo's on the market and I. I. is top notch service and has quality products. Thanks Jim.

Well guys i ordered a phaft shaft 62/14 wastegate set a 40psi and got a hog 4in exhaust. This sound like a great turbo and industrial seem to be good people to deal with. Thanks for all the suggestions. Jason

Congrats on the purchase Oo. You won't be dissapointed. Let us know how it works out for you!

I just got my turbo and exhaust on and all i can say is thanks for sending me in the right direction. The truck runs great went to drag strip last night and went a 15. 70 at 92mph with my 37in tires, two wheel drive launches and horriable 60ft times 2. 5s. Now want water meth injection or nitrios next. Any one have the pros and cons on one or the other. Thanks again Jason

have heard good things about the water/meth injection kits. Do a search and you'll find some info. I would start with that as the nitrous might require other upgrades... . I don't know. Glad you like the turbo... sounds like your truck does too :-laf
