Needed; Electric Lock Switch

Need to put the word out that I need an electric lock swith for the 1990 on pass side. The dealer wants $81. 00 I was wondering if any vintage switch would work from the 1st gen series??... ... ..... and from either side????

My 86 parts truck has the same window/lock assembly as my 91 and 93. Dakotas are also the same.

NAPA Online shows a door lock switch - part No. ECH PA604. Call your local store and check with them for price & availability.

Pull it apart, sand the copper contacts, put back together. Have done this many times and always fixes it!

Borg Warner part #S9504 for passenger side door lock. Orielly's can get it, and so should any other major parts supplier... .

Borg Warner was the supplier up to mid 91 or 92. After that, they re-negotiated contracts. I think the '93s were made with surplus materials on hand at Dodge, and then BW kept producing on a limited run-as-needed. I'm not certain that the '93s were from BW, but I'd ASSume they would be... .

NAPA has them, but it is a special order as it must come from the factory. I don't know what factory... .

The BW item number crosses to the Echlin brand No.

Eaton! That's the supplier that took over in '94. Funny, though, those switches will fit in the wire loom and actuate the windows on the earlier trucks.....
