I SAW A SMALL OIL LEAK UNDER MY TRUCK TODAY. OPENED THE HOOD AND DIRECTLY BEHIND VALVE COVER THEIR IS A ALUMINUM COVER AND IT IS SOAKED WITH OIL. JUST WONDERING WHAT IT IS. I DO HAVE THE TST ON AND JUST WONDERING IF IT CAUSED THIS PROBLEM ?

Jason maybe it is running out from under the plastic cover? Anytime you accidentally spill oil when adding any it runs under the cover then out at the back.

Which side is it coming out on? When you wipe it and sniff it does it smell like oil or diesel?

Just a little FYI . . . when you type in all caps it is considered SHOUTING :)

JUST WENT TO THE DODGE DEALER AND IT IS THE CRANK BOX GASKET. BUT I JUST WONDER WHAT CAUSED IT? HOPE IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BOX.

probably just a bad gasket from the plant. Its not from your box.

And i know your new here and welcome. . BUT DONT YELL MAN! :)

What the heck is a "crank box gasket"?

I don't think your TST box had anything to do with the leak. Never heard of a fueling box that eats gaskets!

I had the grommet around my breather get loose and rubbery which resulted in the leak you described. Dodge replaced the entire breather assy.
