The Maine Military Authority is completely rebuilding 35 buses for the MBTA in Boston. For those familiar with Boston these run the “Silver Line”...

Neoplan is Tango Uniform so these guys have to be pretty inventive when it comes to spare parts and upgrades..



Going to switch to the laptop so I can type with something other than my thumbs..

Two driving axles, one in the main bus and the other in the tag. ZF rears with drop boxes. Each powered by an electric motor coupled with a short driveshaft.

All electric drive, will explain more tomorrow.
