How bout' these for some new acronyms? "Non-Electrical Power Upgrade" and (of course) "Electrical Power Upgrade. "
After reading about some of the 06 mechancial/computer failures due possibly to electrical fueling boxes, programmers (and even electrical problems from aftermarket radios and trailer wiring issues, which is another subject) dealing with the new seemingly highly sensitive CANBUS system, it got me thinking..... can you get pretty respectable (I know it's all subjective) performance numbers from NEPU's. Things like injectors, turbos, intercoolers, cams, and gases like propane, water/meth. , etc. without going EPU?
Or do you absolutely have to have more fuel to make a big difference in HP/TQ gains?
It might be nice to not have to worry about fooling the computer into doing anything different and having a nice new NEPUP installed (non-electrical power upgrade package).
