New 07 C&C

Has anyone taken delivery of a new 3500HD C&C ? Mine has been on order for 5 weeks and the dealer says still no VIN #. The wait is killing me, I've been waiting along time for DC to get back into C&C market. I'd like to know your thoughts if you have one already.

Mine has been ordered WITH the VIN# since 9/12 so don't get to anxious or you will drive yourself nuts. I found out today mine is on a rail car someplace and is supposed to arrive in Houston by Nov. 11 at the latest. My dealer said they will put a "hot" order on it to get it shipped from there as soon as possible.



Who knows, I might get it by Thanksgiving.

Did you order an auto? The only ones I have seen were Stick.

I ordered a manual because I tow alot . I am old school and still like the stick .

I ordered the Aisen auto 6-speed. All I do is tow, which is what I understand this transmission is made for. Guess I'll find out before long.

A buddy of mine has had one for 2 weeks. He bought it off the lot.

I hate to break the news but all the new DC trucks will be delayed for quite a while There was a large influx of Mexes that crawled under the wire in Texas last week. :-laf
