Hey Everyone, I am about to come into possession of a 1995 Ram 2500 with the 12 Valve motor. Oo. Oo. My questions are as followes:

How do I fix The KDP??? Does someone sell a kit for it????

How exactally do you install govenor springs, and is it difficult?

How do you advance the timing on the pump???

Where should I go for a quality trans? I've heard DTT but I'm just curious?

Congratulations on your new truck. For the KDP, you can buy a kit from TST with instructions or you can make your own tab. Installing governor springs is not difficult, but getting them set just right can take some fiddling. From what I understand getting an auto setup right is easier than a manual. The hardest thing about setting pump timing is finding exact TDC. You'll need a timing kit with a dial indicator to measure the lift on the pump. I can't help with the auto transmission.
