Saw my first advertisement today at the dealer. Have not seen truck yet. Looks like there are no real changes in capacities with the 6. 7L. For you guys who are taking delivery of these new trucks--it sure looks like you are getting one whale of a truck.

I picked up a brochure at the local dealer last Friday and they had just got their first 6. 7 in, they got dozens of 5. 9's on the lot. From what I can see there is going to be some heavy discounting going on for the 5. 9's with as many as there are sitting around. In looking on the internet at the different dealer inventories there are not many 6. 7 to be had yet.

My local dealer is the same way. Plenty of 1500-2500s but not much in 3500 5. 9s. I would not want to have that much inventory.

Try to find a 3500 SRW with a 6 speed manual trans. I suspsect it's all the autos that are left over because the auto fans are holding out to get the 68RE. Not much advantage in the 6. 7L with the G56 over the 5. 9.
