2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission New 5" stacks installed!!

As some of you know, I've been running 4" stacks for a year now, and I loved them. As my bombing progressed, I decided they weren't big enough. I now have 5" Kenworth Kickouts that are 4' long. Not only do they look cool, they sound AWESOME at 2000 rpms!

After these pictures were taken I have changed them. When I turned down the idle The tinging of the rain caps got really loud so I took them off and put turn back tips on instead, the turn backs added 18" of highth to them so they are almost as tall as my whips.

Ok, I updated the page with more pics of the install. See it here



I added some in-bed pics, a pic going through the bed, and a pic of the muffler setup. No smoke pics yet, but give me time . I'll be in Ennis at the Motorplex in a week or so at an open track night. Then I'll have some really sweet pics!



The stacks are rock solid, never move a bit. In-cab noise level is up a little, but it sounds good if you like to hear the Cummins sing to ya.



Wade, I built this bumper. 3/16" skin, 2" x 1/4" sq. tubing skeleton, 1/2" plate for mounting bracket, and a 10,000 lbs Warn winch (for those moments of shear stupidity). I got tired of the wildlife taking a toll on the stock bumper. Now I take a toll on the wildlife population.
