Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) New and improved governor pressure sensor in TDR issue #74(I think?)

I have every TDR issue since #40 and apparently the only one missing is the one I need.



It showed a new and improved Governor Pressure Sensor.



Anyone have a part # for the improved sensor?

I don't think there is a better sensor available. A better solenoid is available but the transducer seem to be the same crappy OE part no matter where you get them or if they are billed as better.



More often than not the solenoid is the issue and that is a Borg Warner 50185. It hasn't proven to be that great either but its better than OE.

2Broke, the improved solenoid is made by Borg Warner. Mentioned in Scott Dalgleish's Back in the Saddle section of Issue 74, page 114.
